Presentation Day Cancelled
Over the past few weeks, the Tattenhoe FC Committee and I have been carefully reviewing the latest situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, in particular around the latest lockdown changes.
Based on the latest changes and also upon receipt of further advice from the FA, it is with huge regret that the Tattenhoe FC Committee has made the difficult but forced decision to postpone the upcoming Presentation Day event.
Presentation Day is the best day in the clubs calendar – it is an event that everyone looks forward to, and none more than us as a Committee. That being said, the health and wellbeing of our players, coaches, parents and supporters must come first so while this will be a big disappointment for everyone, we have to respect where we currently are in dealing with this pandemic.
As Club Secretary, I would like to reassure everyone that Presentation Day will be re-arranged at a date when it is safe to do so. We want to make sure that the players achievements during this past season do not get forgotten and they are rightly rewarded for their hard work, passion and commitment.
We will look to advise of a new date once further announcements over the lockdown easing are made and further communication is received from the FA.
If you have any questions relating to the above, please feel free to contact either your Team Manager or myself directly.
Kind regards
Matt Aris
Club Secretary
